Easy Returns & Exchanges

At Siluets.com, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If your item isn’t the perfect fit, we highly recommend an exchange before a return whenever possible — many fit issues can be solved with the right size adjustment.

We offer a 14-day return and exchange window for eligible items.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in original condition, with all original tags attached and original product packaging included.

Try-On Policy

We understand that shapewear and intimates need to be tried on for fit. Items may be briefly tried on, but must be returned in clean, original condition with no signs of wear or use.

Returned items must be free of:

  • Hair or pet hair
  • Lint, dust, or debris
  • Deodorant marks or makeup stains
  • Odors (including perfume, smoke, or body odor)
  • Stains, stretching, or damage
  • Any other visible signs of wear

For hygiene reasons, items that do not meet these standards may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For refund requests, we offer an optional prepaid return label for $9.99, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

To request a prepaid return label, please contact our customer support team before shipping your return. We will email you a return label and instructions.

Customers may also return items using their own shipping carrier. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

We reserve the right to deny returns that:

  • Are returned after the 14-day return window
  • Are missing original tags or original product packaging
  • Show signs of wear, washing, odors, stains, lint, hair, deodorant marks, or damage
  • Are not in resellable condition

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can make it right. In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • The $9.99 prepaid return label fee (if used) will be deducted from the refund amount

Eligible U.S. exchanges include a complimentary return shipping label.
